Today, I’m proud to serve as Vice President Services at Akoya, where I’ve led initiatives that include launching the firm’s first Program Management Office, co-authoring our 5-year business plan, launching team client services trainings, and supporting significant contract growth in target areas.
At Granicus, I played a key role in securing a $15M recompete win, in part by elevating client service, and was honored with the President’s Award for generating $750K in new revenue. Earlier, at Booz Allen Hamilton, I transformed underperforming teams into high performers, exceeded profit targets, improved CPARS scores, and secured multimillion-dollar contract renewals. And at Kaiser Permanente, I led an award-winning marketing campaign that reached 15M+ people and helped land major purchaser contracts.
